Beginning in 2020, The Howley Foundation expanded their educational scholarship opportunities by establishing college scholarships for students in the Cleveland and Philadelphia areas to help address typical gaps in financial aid or grant funding for students.

These scholarships allow students to begin their career journey without (or less) debt and the ability to achieve upward social and economic mobility through their career growth out of school.
